  • For the treatment of ALK – positive non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other body parts.

How Is It Given?

It is available in capsule form and is taken by mouth once daily. It should be taken at around the same time everyday with or without food.

What Are Common Side Effects?

You may face some of these side effects:

  • Increased levels of liver enzymes
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Abdominal pain
  • Diarrhea or constipation
  • Tiredness and abnormal weakness
  • Loss of appetite
  • Skin rash
  • Increased blood glucose levels
