What Is It Prescribed For?

- •Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (tumours that develop in the top layer of the skin)
- •Systemic mastocytosis (a rare disorder where abnormal mast cells are produced in the body)
- •Myelodysplastic or myeloproliferative diseases (group of diseases where bone marrow produces abnormal white blood cells)
How Is It Given?
It is available in tablet/capsule form and is taken by mouth once or twice a day. It should be taken with food at around the same time every day.
